Participating Faculty
Management and Organization. The CEIN strategy is to build a strong organizational infrastructure that supports and integrates our research, technology development, educational and diversity efforts, internal and external stakeholders as well as facilitating seamless communication among all these communities. To this end, we have developed an organizational structure that allows for selection, prioritization, and integration of Center activities (see diagram). We are particularly attentive to the investment, distribution, and management of resources within a multi-institutional center structure. This organization will serve to provide effective, flexible, and self-sustaining management to support the rich spectrum of research, partnership, and outreach activities planned for the CEIN.
